ConchPass doesn't process the payment. The vendor takes your money directly. But we still mediate every dispute, because we hold the evidence: the scan, the photo, the timestamp, the GPS. ConchPass keeps 90 days of receipt data and can correlate scans, photos, and on-the-ground reports.

How this works
  1. 1.You file the report below. The more specific, the faster we can act.
  2. 2.A human at ConchPass reviews within 48 hours and pulls the receipt evidence we hold for that vendor.
  3. 3.We contact the vendor. Outcomes range from a refund to the vendor being de-listed, depending on what the evidence shows.
