ConchPass doesn't process the payment. The vendor takes your money directly. But we still mediate every dispute, because we hold the evidence: the scan, the photo, the timestamp, the GPS. ConchPass keeps 90 days of receipt data and can correlate scans, photos, and on-the-ground reports.
How this works

- 2.A human at ConchPass reviews within 48 hours and pulls the receipt evidence we hold for that vendor.
- 3.We contact the vendor. Outcomes range from a refund to the vendor being de-listed, depending on what the evidence shows.
